One of the forms of our educational activities is the Shadow Theatre. We conduct workshops for children ( and also theirs parents) on the subject of ecology, with the performance of plays in the Shadow Theatre – e.g. “A story about shrike”, “Nature 2000 on the Vistula River” and many others.
In 2015, we received a grant from the resources of the Polish Humanitarian Aid and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for a project concerning climate refugees, entitled: “Shadow Theatre: Cold! Hot! Stories of climate change”. This global education project was addressed to the local community of two towns with less than 150,000 residents in the Mazovia region. As part of the project, there were organized global education workshops on sustainable development addressed to children, as well as the celebration of Global Education Week 2015
